Every time I find something I actually like, my size is already sold out. I even signed up for restock emails twice and never received any updates, and then the item just vanished from the site. At this point, it feels kind of pointless to keep checking back. There are loads of products listed, but hardly any regular sizes seem to be available. It’s really frustrating, especially when the clothes themselves look good.

I ordered a top and a pair of cargos from Jaded London, and the look is really cool. The cargos are decent, they feel thick and a bit more worth it, but the top was kind of disappointing. It looked nice on, but after wearing it for a few hours it started feeling thin and a little scratchy, so... yeah. Not terrible or anything, just not as good as I expected for the price. I’d probably buy from them again if something was on sale, but full price... maybe not.

I ordered from outside the UK the shipping experience was terrible. Compared to other UK brands I’ve ordered from, this felt way more disorganized. The tracking barely updated for days, then the parcel just seemed to sit somewhere with no proper explanation. When it finally started moving again, I ended up getting hit with extra fees I wasn’t expecting. Customer service wasn’t much help either, just really generic copy-paste replies that didn’t actually explain anything. By the time the order finally arrived, it had taken so long that I didn’t even feel excited about the stuff anymore. I wouldn’t order internationally from jadedldn again.

I’m frustrated. I reached out because the issue still wasn’t sorted, and support just closed it without actually fixing anything. My brother even helped me double-check everything on my end, so I know it wasn’t just something I missed. Still waiting for a real solution.

Overall it was okay, but they did get one of my items wrong. I tried to get it sorted out and ended up being transferred around, which was annoying. Just wish it had been handled a little more smoothly...

I ordered from Jaded LDN the item looked really close to the photos, which was a relief because you never totally know with online shopping. The colour was basically the same and the fit was what I expected from the pics. The only thing is the fabric did look a bit thicker online than it actually is, so that felt a little misleading, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall I’m happy with it and I’d probably order again.

I ordered this for someone in my family, so I was disappointed when it showed up with the box ripped. The item itself seemed okay, but the packaging definitely wasn’t great and made it feel less presentable.

I’d probably order again, especially for something I really needed or couldn’t find elsewhere, but I’d be a lot more likely to use them more often if shipping was cheaper.
